1. Service Provider

Foilio is operated by Pavel Taiko, IČ: 69371776 ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the Foilio app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Foilio is a mobile application for tracking Magic: The Gathering card collections. The app allows users to scan cards, manage collection data, view card prices sourced from Cardmarket, and track collection value over time.

3. Terms of Use

You agree to use Foilio only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the app.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.

4. User Account

To use Foilio you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Please notify us immediately at hello@foilio.cards if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the collection data you enter into Foilio. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not sell or share your collection data with third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

Magic: The Gathering card names, artwork, and game content are trademarks and copyrights of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Foilio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast. Card data and imagery used in the app are used under applicable fair use provisions for the purpose of collection tracking.

The Foilio app, its design, and original content are owned by Pavel Taiko and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Availability

We strive to keep Foilio available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from temporary unavailability of the service.

8. Card Prices

Card prices displayed in Foilio are sourced from Cardmarket and are provided for informational purposes only. Prices may be delayed or inaccurate. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of pricing data and are not liable for any financial decisions made based on prices shown in the app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Foilio, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
