Foilio 1.5.2 brings iPhone Duo support to our Magic: The Gathering collection app. The main change in this iOS update is an interface that adapts to the new foldable iPhone, from the Overview and collection grids to card details, filters, and the scanner. It also improves set progress, Rapid scanning summaries, and importing a collection when you first get started.
Foilio Supports iPhone Duo
If you are looking for an MTG collection app with iPhone Duo support, Foilio is ready in version 1.5.2. The app adapts to the space available on the outer and inner displays, so you can check your collection while folded and unfold for a roomier view.
Apple’s iPhone Duo becomes available on October 23, 2026. This update prepares Foilio ahead of its arrival, with layouts designed to make use of the larger display throughout the app.
An Overview That Uses the Extra Space
On the wider display, Overview widgets arrange into two columns. Your collection value, set progress, and other widgets have room to sit alongside one another, giving you more of your collection at a glance.
Collection grids also adjust their number of columns to the available width. The same approach carries through binders, graded cards, and search results, keeping cards at a useful size as the layout changes.
Browse Cards, Binders, and Details Together
The wider layout gives card details their own panel beside your collection, a binder, or graded cards. You can inspect a card while keeping the list you came from in view. Open a card from the Overview and its detail can sit beside the widgets, too.
Filters use the side panel as well, so you can refine your collection with the cards still visible. In the scanner’s wide layout, the camera and a recognized card’s result share the screen, making room for both scanning and reviewing.
Fold and Unfold as You Browse
Foilio adjusts its layout when you fold or unfold iPhone Duo. An open card moves between a separate detail screen and the side panel as space changes. Your collection filters stay applied, and the grid keeps your place in the cards you were browsing.
Navigation, dialogs, and enlarged card images also adapt to the available space. Together, these changes make iPhone Duo support part of the everyday collection experience, whether you are checking a few cards on the outer display or exploring your collection on the inner one.
Clearer Progress Toward Complete Sets
Set progress is now more accurate for regular and foil cards. The Overview gives you a clearer picture of how far you have come in each finish, whether you collect regular copies, foils, or both.
A Clearer Summary After Rapid Scanning
Rapid mode lets you scan card after card and add the batch together. In 1.5.2, the summary after scanning is clearer, making it easier to review the batch.

Bring Your Collection From the Start
Moving from another app? You can now start importing your collection directly from the welcome screen. Bring the cards you already track into Foilio as part of getting started.
